Capacity Building Program( 2025-26)

Blossom Public School, Tathawade remains steadfast in its vision of enhancing teaching excellence through continuous professional development. On November 23, 2025, the school conducted a comprehensive CBP (Capacity Building Programme) training session for its teachers.

The session was skillfully facilitated by Ms. Kavita Sharma and Ms. Madhushreela Rakshit  , an experienced educator and trainer, who guided teachers through effective, modern pedagogy aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. The training focused on developing reflective teaching practices, student-centric lesson planning, active learning strategies, and creating an inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
Through interactive activities, discussions, and real-application demonstrations, teachers explored formative assessment methods, collaborative learning techniques, and strategies to enhance student participation and ongoing academic growth. The session also highlighted the importance of continuous improvement and professional reflection in teaching.
This initiative reaffirms the school’s commitment to nurturing empowered educators and fostering an enriching, future-ready learning ecosystem for all students.
